Year 6: Science

May 10, 2024
Today, Year 6 were investigating how their heart rate changes during exercise. The children started in their classrooms, finding their resting heart rate. From this, they made their predictions, decided on their variables and thought about how they would conduct a fair test for accurate results. After, the whole of the year group went outside to the playground in the glorious sunshine. Although being rather sweaty afterwards, the children's results reflected their original predictions.

Well done, Year 6!
