Year 4: Science

May 17, 2024

Year 4 had a successful field trip to our local forest area in search for invertebrates and other woodland animals. This local area study not only enabled the children to enjoy the outdoor space so close to our school but also allowed them to use their skills of identifying and classifying the living things that they spotted.

The children thoroughly enjoyed searching through the undergrowth and leaf litter! They also enjoyed the additional bonus of getting a little muddy in the process!
