From Monday 9th November to Saturday 14th November, Hacton - along with thousands of other schools up and down the country - took part in the Times Tables Rock Stars Maths Week England Rock Out Competition 2020.
Considering that we have only just started TTRS a few weeks ago at Hacton, we did well to come 682 out of the 3,887 schools that took part. As a school we scored 197, 289 points; however, the overall winners of the competition scored 2, 276, 798 so we have a little way to go yet.
The Hacton Leaderboard for the top five classes is:
5th place: 2MM - 17,688 points
4th place: 6KB - 20,033 points
3rd place: 4CV - 20,131 points
2nd place: 2MS - 22,304
In first place, with a grand total of 36,130 points is.......*drum roll*........ 3GB!
Congratulations to all of the children who took part! The top three classes and top 3 pupils will receive prizes from the Maths Team. Well done and keep practising those times tables!
