Year 1: Music

February 23, 2025

During music last week, Year 1 explored percussion instruments with a focus on examining the different ways they could be played. The children discussed how the sounds they made with each could become louder or softer, in addition to what the different sounds reminded them of.

The children really enjoyed playing a variety of instruments and loved picking their favourites.
