As a hook for our descriptive writing all about the earthquake that took place in Pompeii when Mount Vesuvius erupted, the children worked in groups to build and erupt their very own volcano! The Year 3 children worked well as a team and had lots of fun watching their teachers getting covered in Volcanic lava!
