Year 5: Sewing Club

February 28, 2025
This week we started our first sewing club at Hacton. In the first session we learnt some basic skills such as how to thread a needle and tie a knot. We also learnt some simple stitches such as the running stitch, whip stitch and blanket stitch. Although it was a little fiddly to start, the children got the hang of it very quickly.

We can't wait for next week!
