Year 6: Literacy

March 13, 2024

Yesterday, Year 6 were horrified as they were faced with the murder of King Duncan! Becoming true detectives, the children found evidence that could potentially help them to solve the crime: 2 daggers, a robe, a crown and 2 cups. After a thorough investigation, the children decided on the potential suspects of the gruesome murder: Macbeth, Lady Macbeth, Banquo, Fleance, Malcom and even the servants/maids at Dunsinane.

Later in the week, the children will be writing newspaper reports (inspired by this crime scene hook) about the murder. Will they solve the crime? Who is to blame?
