Today in PSHE we discussed how we sometimes experience uncomfortable feelings in our daily lives and explored how we can manage them. For example, having a chat with a friend or listening to some music. We talked about how it is normal to have these feelings and realised that how one person manages these feelings may be different to what works for another person, so it is important to find the thing that works for you.
