Children from Reception to Year 6 helped prepare for our SEND Coffee Morning by baking lots of lovely cakes and treats to be served to visiting parents.
Armed with spoons, forks and a lot of butter, eggs and elbow grease, the children followed the recipes, measured their ingredients and mixed them together vigorously to produce some wonderful tasty treats. The cakes included a beautiful Victoria Sponge, a lovely Lemon Drizzle, a Chocolate Fridge Cake and 3 different types of cupcakes.
Jessica said, “I’ve been so excited all day about making cakes!”
They looked and tasted superb - well done everyone!
