P-HIC: Free Standing Structures

July 06, 2021

This half term in design and technology the PHIC bubble have been learning how to make free standing structures.  We worked together as a group and had fun building bridges, butterflies and a chair for a teddy.

The pictures below show our butterflies and us building our chairs.  All of them were able to hold the weight of the teddy safely.  We were all excited that our design was successful and looked forward to testing them out with our toys at home.
