Mental Health Awareness Week

May 18, 2026

Last week, our Hacton pupils supported Mental Health Awareness Week. In line with this year's theme of 'Action: for yourself, for someone else, for all of us', our Wellbeing Ambassadors worked alongside their class and class teacher to explore different ways that we can take action.

Using the story of 'The Colour Monster', our Hacton pupils explored different emotions and strategies that can be used to keep our mind and body healthy. As a school, we value the sense of belonging and the importance of seeing, hearing and valuing each and every member of our community so that no one feels alone.
