KS1 Poetry Competition

June 28, 2024
To help raise money for our KS1 playground, we held a Summer acrostic poetry competition across Year 1 and 2.

Lots of children found their inner Michael Rosen and Matt Goodfellow and created some wonderful poems about holidays, sunshine and summer time. It was a very difficult decision to choose the winners as there were so many excellent entries with great designs, imaginative vocabulary and presentation.

Thank you to our parents for your on-going support. We raised the sum of £45 which will now go towards some much needed toys.
