Best Work Assembly: 6DM

March 13, 2013
As part of the History Curriculum, Year 6 have enjoyed studying how Britain has changed since 1948. When asked to vote for their favourite decade, the swinging sixties was the clear winner. 6DM shared some of their work based around this decadent time in Best Work Assembly. The budding artists proudly exhibited their vibrant Pop Art paintings inspired by the work of Roy Lichtenstein and shared their biographies of the music legend John Lennon, who shot to fame in the 1960s as a founder member of music sensations - The Beatles. 6DM's impressive work now makes for a vibrant display in the main corridor.
