VE Day 2025

May 09, 2025

Yesterday, the school was awash with red, white and blue to celebrate the 80th anniversary of VE Day. Our school community gathered together in the hall as both an opportunity for reflection and celebration. The hall was in complete silence as both staff and pupils engaged with images that Mr Manning shared from 80 years ago, some of which were on the roads that some of our pupils and staff live today. We joined the nation in the 2 minute silence to remember and give thanks for the sacrifices made.

Year 4 then enjoyed an afternoon of activities.
