On the hottest day of the year so far, Nursery embarked on an adventure to the Ingrebourne Nature Discovery Centre at Hornchurch Country Park. After our long walk there, the children learnt about the life cycles of plants and animals, saw a slow worm in its natural habitat and did some bird watching by the Ingrebourne river. After lunch, and a quick play in the park, the children went to the forest school area to look for minibeasts!
