Year 2: Space Dome Visit

April 29, 2025

Last week, the children in Year 2 experienced a trip to space via the Space Dome. They crawled through the tunnel and crept carefully in to the dark dome to look at the stars in the night sky and learn about the sun, moon and stories of the stars including Orion's belt and other constellations.

The awe and wonder that the workshop provided was wonderful to witness and the children asked some excellent questions and learnt a lot about the world around us.
