Havering Wellbeing Festival

October 17, 2024
Yesterday, a group of Year 5 and 6 pupils attended the Borough Wellbeing Festival. The festival involved a range of activities and strategies that children can use to focus on their own wellbeing. They took part in Yoga, Pilates, breathing strategies and were shown different ways of journaling their emotions. Great fun was had by all!
