Year 3-6: French

June 23, 2023

Year 3-6 were lucky enough to receive a special visit from Onatti Productions to support their Primary Language learning.

Onatti performed ‘Parlez-vous Français?’ to our pupils who all really enjoyed and engaged with the challenge of following the story.

The storyline follows a boy named Archie, who finds himself in a French hospital. Poor Archie is faced with the challenge of communicating in a surrounding where no one speaks English. It was very entertaining following Archie’s encounters as he tried to get by with his limited French knowledge.

Pupils recognised many words and phrases and the actors presented new vocabulary in a fun way. There was plenty of laughter alongside a fantastic learning experience for our KS2 Hacton linguists!
