Year 2: Forest School

November 17, 2022
This week, the children took part in a range of activities which included exploring the woodland to find spiders! After a misty and damp start to the day, the children found lots of glistening spider webs hidden in the trees and on the grass. Luckily, we only found one spider! The children also had fun playing with the clay and natural resources to create autumnal arrangements and woodland animals such as hedgehogs. Potions and pancakes were created in the mud kitchen and the children enjoyed den building, climbing the tree and playing on the rope swing.

Well done, 2JD - another fun week at Forest School!
