Hacton Haka

October 21, 2014

For the last few weeks, Year 5 have been learning how to do the haka. The haka is a traditional Māori dance that is meant to frighten opponents. Year 5 have practised their own version of the haka using energy, facial expressions, anger and powerful voices. At the end of their dances pupils were exhausted but it was amazing. Beware of the Hacton Haka Gang!
