Early Years joined in with Money Awareness Week by making delicious cakes! Nursery and Reception children baked cupcakes following a recipe. They measured out the ingredients and spooned the mixture into cases. The cakes were then decorated using number cutters and a matching number of sweets. There will be a special cake sale tomorrow run by the children. We have asked each child to bring in ten 1 penny coins so that they can buy a cake from their friends. They can then eat their cakes during our special snack time. Sorry parents and carers, none for you!
