Year 2: Forest School

December 10, 2021

This week at Forest School the children were all given the opportunity to light a fire using a flint and steel. We talked about the elements a fire needs - fuel, oxygen and heat. We also learnt about how to extinguish a fire safely.

The children finished their magic wands and talking sticks and enjoyed further improving their den building and tree climbing skills. We're all very excited for the campfire next week!
