Why Britain is Great: Afternoon Tea

October 19, 2018
Miss Persaud led an activity that celebrated a very traditional aspect of British culture during Why Britain is Great week: afternoon tea.

Children made their own model tea cups decorated with the colours of the Union Jack. Continuing the red, white and blue theme, our pupils decorated biscuits with white royal icing, strawberry laces and blue fondant icing.

The activity ended with sweet smiles as children enjoyed eating their delicious British biscuits.
