Hacton Literacy Quiz: Take the Challenge!

February 29, 2012
Literacy week kicked off to an exciting start on Monday as House Captains hosted an inter house literacy quiz for Key Stage 2. Famous children's books, films and spellings; these were just some of the rounds which tested the children's knowledge of literacy- with the anagram round proving to be rather tricky (even for the teachers)! Tension was running high by half time as the scores were close. However, after a short break and substitutions, Yellow team snatched victory with a whopping 53 out of a possible 80 points. Congratulations to all the competitors and the House Captains who hosted with poise and presence throughout !
