This term, Year 5 visited a local Gurdwara as part of our RE learning about Sikhism. The children showed fantastic respect by covering their heads, removing their shoes and listening carefully throughout the visit.
We learned about the importance of equality, seva (selfless service) and the Langar, where everyone is welcome to share a meal. The children were thoughtful, engaged and asked some brilliant questions.

We are so proud of how beautifully Year 5 represented our school. A big thank you to the Gurdwara for such a warm welcome!
