Year 6: Forest School

July 13, 2023
We have had a great time with 6CE at Forest School over the last couple of weeks. This week saw the penultimate session before the much-anticipated campfire! The children have learnt how to use peelers and knives safely to carve and whittle sticks. They have also learnt how to use a flint and steel to light a fire. The mud kitchen has continued to be a firm favourite, as well as tree climbing and the rope swing, and many culinary delights have been created!
