Year 2: Forest School

October 04, 2022
What a lovely autumnal afternoon we had at Forest School this week. All around us were signs of autumn - leaves changing colour and falling to the ground and a slight chill in the sunny, blue sky. We spent some time looking up at the trees, talking about the changes we could see and what we think might happen as the weather gets colder. Then we had lots of fun playing in the mud kitchen making numerous culinary delights including pancakes, rotten stew and hot chocolate! We also had lots of fun with the clay and creating autumn treasures and woodland animals. Can you guess what they are?!
