Running The London Marathon

April 17, 2012
On Sunday our very own Mrs Delmonte (Acting Deputy Head) will take to the streets of London to run in the Virgin London Marathon. After months of intense training Mrs Delmonte is apprehensive but excited to finally be running in the prestigious 26.2 mile race.

Mrs Delmonte said: "It's been hard work training for such a long run and I know the marathon is going to push me to the limit but I'm raising money for a very worthwhile cause, Help the Hospices, and that's motivating me to succeed".

All the staff and pupils of Hacton Primary wish Mrs Delmonte the very best of luck for Sunday: Come on, you can do it!
