Many of our pupils are using Zoom to communicate with their friends. Like any online service, there are privacy and safeguarding concerns that parents should be aware of.
National Online Safety produces simple guides to help parents understand the risks associated with many of the most popular online services. Every Wednesday, they share a new guide on their Facebook page as part of #wakeupwednesday. We recommend that parents subscribe to the National Online Safety page to stay informed about the online services that their children are using.
Please read the National Online Safety guide to Zoom to make sure that your children remain safe at this time of increased use of social media and messaging.
