On Tuesday, Year 6 had a fabulously fun day being completely immersed in World War Two style activities: they made cookies from a ration recipe; created Anderson shelter dioramas; filled in their very own evacuation information tag; made 3D Spitfires and hurricanes and all came in dressed up for the occasion!
It was a lovely way to end our topic. The children also did us proud with their class assemblies which the children wrote and organised themselves.
Well done, Year 6!
