The London Borough of Havering has published its Draft Commissioning Plan for Education Provision 2015/16-2019/20.The draft plan provides current and projected data / information on school places and sets out what the data suggests is the need for additional school places in the next five years. It is intended that Governors and other stakeholders in the education community will, in conjunction with the local authority, put together proposals and suggestions regarding how this need can be met.
